Live from CCE 2026

Welcome to the session,

friend

What just happened?

I asked the room for first names. An AI agent in VS Code added them to one line of this page and rebuilt the site on my laptop. Publishing is one more step, and I decide when.

That is the same loop behind every example today: prompt, plan, result, report.

Today's quick demos

Live session demos ↗ (opens in new tab)

Every live demo from the session, with its problem, files, prompt, plan, and result.

  1. Syllabus: the agent moves a Word syllabus from Fall 2026 to Spring 2027, with the new room, time, and labs, and lists what to check by hand.
  2. Lesson plan: the agent writes a normalization lesson plan and a 5-slide classroom demo.
  3. Data: the agent turns class attendance counts into one chart and three findings.
  4. This page: the agent adds your names and rebuilds the site.

Each one has a longer version with every prompt and result on the Examples page.
